Attention, Attention everyone, we would like to introduce a cute little button named Dotty!

​

 

     Little Miss Dotty has a good mix of mature adult and spunky youngin', just to keep things from being boring.  When she isn’t cuddling on the couch with her favorite humans, she can be found running zoomies and chasing her favorite canine friend like a little brown bullet.

 

     Dotty is a graduate of the School of Hard Knocks. She used to live in squalor and had to fend for herself before she was rescued. Now, she is living the good life in foster care and is more than ready to move on to her forever home, wherever that may be.

 

     Dotty is also as smart as she is cute, and you have to admit, she’s pretty darn cute. She is crate trained and already knows her basic commands, including: sit, look, wait, and lay down, and she does quite well with “come here” as a vocal recall command. She is polite, can be easily re-directed, and handles like a breeze on walks, right at a heel on her handler’s side without pulling or reacting to the things she sees along the way.

 

     Sometimes she is a bit shy at first, but it doesn’t take long before she warms up and loves on new people with tail wags and little kisses. She is a bit of a Velcro dog and likes to follow her people around the house. Lounging on the couch and cuddling is one of her favorite pastimes. She enjoys rolling in the grass, basking in the sun and soaking it all in, de-stuffing stuffed toys, and gnawing on durable chew toys, including natural chews, leather toys, and Nylabones.

     Dotty has low to medium energy. She’s always up for walks, but she’s not in to running marathons. Not much fazes Dotty. Outings in public, baths, nail clippings, grooming, vet visits, crate time… she doesn’t mind it at all! She is well-adjusted and super chill. She is a quiet observer and a total sweetheart. She’s just a lil chocolate chip who is looking for her forever home!
