Phoebe is young female that had been returned not once, but twice to her area shelter in just a few short months. This shy sweet girl is around 1-2 years of age and certainly a little unsure of what has been transpiring recently in her life. SEPR has made the commitment to help make her feel safe, warm, and loved. With a little TLC to shine up the dull, dingy, stained white coat and time to decompress we know she is sure to be an amazing companion.

 

Hi my name is Phoebe, I’m a little new around here but I thought I’d introduce myself to the world.

 

I'm a spunky fun loving girl, with a positive outlook on life, I mean everything is better once you’re out of the shelter.  I enjoy some of the finer things in life, like curling up on the couch watching movies with my humans, or going for a nice Sunday drive. One of my favorite new activities I’ve discovered in life outside the shelter is the Flirt Pole!!!  I LOVE a good flirt pole session, there’s nothing better than chasing that squeaky toy around.

 

But I’m not all leisure and activities, I’ve also been working hard on perfecting my training and skills….not to pat myself on the back but I’m as smart as I am pretty J Mastering Sit, Wait, and Stay was almost too easy for me.  Always wanting to impress, I’m still working on adding more commands to my ever growing list.  I’m also working on perfecting my leash manners, hopefully working my way up to pro-running partner.  I love a good long walk, and once I’ve perfected my leash manners I’ll be able to keep up with the best runners out there. 

 

I’ve slowly been introduced to the other residents in the house, there sure are a lot of them, from canines to little humans, I like to hang out with all of them. We do all kinds of things together, watch the world go by out the window, curl up for naps, sometimes I just watch what everyone is doing, soaking up everything that’s going on.

 

Like any good lady, I enjoy getting pampered.  Bath time, nails done, ears cleaned, getting brushed…. It’s like being at the spa.

 

I’m sure there’s tons of new things I haven’t experienced yet, but I can’t wait for my next adventure.
