When I take you out in the surrey with the fringe on top!

     Okay, Okay, I didn't get out of Georgia in a surrey but I did hitch ride with some of my friends on a 18 hour road trip to Sioux Falls!

     I'm still settling in with my new foster family. I'm slowly getting to know my foster brothers and sisters, they all seem pretty cool. I do know my manners and this girl doesn't do accidents-my home is my castle and I know my bathroom is outdoors.  I can sit and wait for my meals and I listen to my foster parents very well.

     I love playing with toys and chewing my Nylabone. And Who doesn't love going for car rides? I also enjoy going for a spin on the ATV.

     There is one thing you should know. If you aren't into giving belly rubs, and when I say belly rubs that includes my full body, then we aren't going to work out. Just sayin'.  Stay tuned to learn more about me as I settle in.

** Medical Note **

     Unfortunately, Surrey caught a tick-born disease called ehrlicia.  This caused from a bacteria that is transmitted by ticks. We have successfully treated multiple cases of ehrlicia with our local vet, Dr. Rentschler at the Tea Vet Clinic. We have high hopes that Surrey can be cured and live a healthy life, same as our other SEPR dogs who came to us with the disease.
