Meet Bashful – but don’t be fooled by her name! This little lady may sound shy, but she's anything but bashful. Sassy, spunky, and full of charm, Bashful is a playful puppy with a personality that shines. Don’t let her sweet, snuggly exterior fool you – she knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to let you know! Whether she’s frolicking around with her toys, curling up in your lap for a cuddle, or engaging in some mischievous antics, Bashful is always the center of attention.

Though she’s still a pup, Bashful has already made great strides in her training. She’s mastered “sit” and “lay down” like a seasoned pro, and she’s a dream on a leash, walking smoothly with her gentle leader. Almost completely potty trained, Bashful sometimes will even give you cues to let you know it’s time for a bathroom break – a little pawing or a soft bark/whine at the door will get your attention every time. It’s clear this little one is eager to please!

When it comes to bath time or nail trims, Bashful is a trooper. While she might not exactly love them, she’s learned to tolerate them with the help of a yummy licky mat – she’s got her priorities straight! And when it’s time to settle down, Bashful knows the drill. She kennels up without fuss, especially when there’s a peanut butter-filled Kong waiting for her. She’s a bit of a neat freak too – no shredding her blankets or her bed. This little lady knows how to keep her space tidy!

Bashful is a social butterfly who loves making new friends, both human and canine. She shares a special bond with the adult male dog in the house, and the two have a blast playing together. She’s always up for meeting new people, whether it’s a quick hello or a fun play session. And when it’s time to hit the road, Bashful is ready – she’s a car ride enthusiast who enjoys every moment of the adventure.

Toys? Food? Bashful is all in. She’s a true toy connoisseur and will happily dive into any game you offer. Puzzles are no match for this little lady as she figures them out quickly and with ease. Food? Well, let’s just say she’s extremely motivated by treats and will happily work for a snack. This little powerhouse of personality is sure to brighten up any home with her joy, energy, and love.

Whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or just a quiet afternoon, Bashful is ready to bring all the love and fun you could ever want. One thing’s for sure – life with this sweet, sassy, smart and playful pup will never be boring!

 

Reminder: puppies are like new born babies! A LOT of work and even when “raised right” we give no guarantees to who their individual personalities will develop into as adults. We are looking for families who clearly understand this and willing to “wow” us with their canine leadership and knowledge. Love will need to be guaranteed for LIFE, not just when they are small, cute, and cuddly.

**Families with children 5 years of age and under wanting to adopt puppies will be reviewed on a

case-by-case basis. Raising a puppy properly takes a lot of time, and we understand that in families with small children, time can be a limited commodity.
