SEPR Buddy Holly is the original, the innovator, the standard to which all others are measured, and is already considered one of the greatest. He is fresh off his tour of Georgia and is ready to “Rip it Up” right here in South Dakota.

 

Buddy Holly is already showing his foster family what a rockstar of a young man he is. He's loving it in his new foster home, and is well on his way to being healthy so he can land a spot in a forever home. Buddy is eager to love and is ready to "rock and roll" with whatever life has to offer. He has only been with us a short time, but it's very clear he has what it takes to make it to the top.

 

We don’t know much about Buddy’s life before he entered rescue, but he has blossomed into an absolute rockstar of a dog since his arrival. Buddy is the epitome of “mans best friend.” He is the most laid back, easy going, sweetest boy you could ever ask for. He is down for whatever activity you have planned for him. He’s great with dogs, cats, and people of all ages. He loves playing with his foster sister Joan Jett, and is teaching her all of things a growing puppy needs to know. 

 

Buddy has quickly learned all of the basics, sit, lay, stay, and look. He is fantastic in his crate, and goes in willingly, as long as he gets a treat or a nice peanut butter filled Kong. 

 

Buddy Holly is a one of a kind, utterly fantastic boy, with endless love to give. He deserves only the very best that the world has to offer.
