When it comes to cats, she is actively working on building a respectful relationship and will need good boundaries in a new home. With kids, Ellie has mostly been around little ones and does well, although she tends to get a bit nervous with loud noises and large toys; she knows when to take a break and returns when she feels settled.

With her leash manners improving daily, Ellie is learning to walk more calmly on a lead. While she may have her uncertainties about baths, she handles them like a champ and does exceptionally well during car rides, especially when a tasty treat is involved.

She loves her downtime but can also show off her zoomies with gusto, sprinting with little legs that make her a speedy runner—perfect for a quick romp in the yard! Her favorite toys include a stuffed slice of pizza that she can toss and chew on, and a tug-of-war rope with a ball in the middle.
