This brave girl is truly lucky to be alive!

Esme made the journey to the chilly state of South Dakota with a fan club full of followers wanting to prove life can be better! Since joining her foster family, Esme has finally embraced the love and joy she has always deserved but never experienced back home. For the first time, she savors the delight of having her own chew bone, soft blankets to cuddle in, and an array of toys! Her foster family definitely deserves a five-star review for all the spoiling!

Esme is currently on a diet to shed a few pounds after being cleared of heartworms. With her petite frame, it’s crucial for her health and mended pelvis to maintain a lean weight, ensuring she feels great and enjoys her golden years with ease.

So far, there's not a single activity this girl doesn’t love! Whether it's walks, car rides, movie time, naps, solo play, or even just watching her foster dad play Xbox, everything is A-OK in Esme's book. She is completely potty trained, waiting patiently by the door when she needs to go out. Esme is also learning commands quickly, thanks to her food motivation!
