Did you know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? And a staple of breakfast is none other than TOAST. Toast is amazing! You can have it buttered, jammed, or even covered in cinnamon and sugar for those who like life a little sweeeet. Wanna know what else is sweet? Me – I am TOAST! I am perfection in an adorable package and just like the breakfast food you can dress me up as anything! Princess – heck ya, someone put a crown on me. Sassy Queen – even better. Party girl – you betcha! Love bug – anytime, anywhere. Passenger princess – shot gun and shades on pleeeeaaasssseeeee. See how versatile I am?

 

According to the powers that be I am around 8 months old (sept 2024) and full of personality. My FM is working super hard to train me up right and she has already convinced me that it is worth my while to do kennel up and sit. With the right treat incentive I may also do shake, laydown, & stay. I also listen to the word ‘no’ really well even though I expect to be praised and rewarded for listening. Helllllooooo Princess Toast. If I am going to listen to the peasants, they better give me the royal package as a reward.

 

I have the most adorable big ears that I may or may not grow into. My side eye when you annoy me is perfection. My cuddles are the best ever and play time skills are way above par. I would be the perfect addition to any quiet home that is going to patient and continue to help me build confidence and become a brave girl. After all, I arrived to my foster home with a back broken leg that was never fixed so these things (trust) take time!

 

What else do you need to know in order to understand that you NEED more breakfast foods like myself in your life? I am the cat whisperer. I make them love me. I am amazing in my crate. My leash skills are improving day by day. This can be insanely scary away from my safe zone bubble of home, though.

 

I will serenade the mailman or amazon delivery guy with the song of my people so that they know I am here and appreciate their offerings. I love furry friends (at least dogs and cats – no squirrels please). I love food and treats of all kinds including anything you are eating.

 

In fact, the only issues I have is that I can be nervous in new situations and around strange men. I came to the shelter as a stray and not a lot is known about my past, but my future is looking super bright because I am learning that people can be nice and all I need to get comfortable is a little space and grace. Hello, PRINCESS HERE! I tell you when you may approach my royal bubble. Thank you.

Reminder: puppies are like new born babies! A LOT of work and even when “raised right” we give no guarantees to who their individual personalities will develop into as adults. We are looking for families who clearly understand this and willing to “wow” us with their canine leadership and knowledge. Love will need to be guaranteed for LIFE, not just when they are small, cute, and cuddly.
