about trayah

     The phrase “great things come in small packages” must have been coined for this pint sized pup, Trayah!  Her former life has left her with only 3 legs, but she has not let that bring her down. She doesn't even realize she is different from the other dogs!

     Trayah loves people, big and small, and she gets along with just about every furry friend she’s met too; she has even convinced the resident cats to have a favorite dog (as long as it’s her, of course)!  She has found friends in the youngest members of the house, too.

     Trayah has the perfect combination of youthful energy and couch potato extraordinaire. She’s always ready for an adventure, if you are. But wait! You want to hang out and binge watch your favorite show?! Trayah is down for that too! She loves car rides because that means she gets to explore new places. She’s even tried to convince the mail carrier that she can help deliver mail. If foster mom wasn’t such a downer, she could have shown him just how smart she really is!

     Since foster mom wouldn’t let her show the mail man her skills, she’s been practicing while she waits for her next chance to show you! She knows sit, stay, kennel up, off, look, and come. She is also house-trained, crate-trained, and wants to learn everything you are willing to teach her, except staying off the couch. She’d prefer not to learn that. It would bring down her couch potato extraordinaire level significantly!  She can be convinced that a good dog bed will suffice, if necessary. 

     Trayah’s love for life is contagious, and she wants to show you just how great life can be! Do you need a little sunshine in your life? Trayah would love to be your sunshine on a cloudy day!
