Meet Tyson: Our Gentle Giant

We are thrilled to introduce Tyson, a remarkable 10-year-old boy who has recently joined the Sioux Empire Pit Rescue family. Tyson is a big, strong lad with a heart full of love, and he’s ready to embark on the next chapter of his life.

​

Sadly, Tyson lost his previous family due to unexpected changes in their home dynamics involving small children. But don’t let that discourage you—this distinguished gentleman is craving a fresh start in a loving retirement home where he can relax and thrive.

​

Tyson is house trained and crate trained, making him a great companion for any household. He has a playful side too and absolutely adores toys! Whether it’s a squeaky toy or a plushie, you can count on him to bring endless joy and laughter to your days.

​

We have taken care of some dental work and are currently addressing his skin issues with daily Apoquel and a grain-free diet, ensuring he is in the best health possible.

​

Tyson deserves a forever home filled with plush pillows, tasty kibble, and abundant love. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this sweet senior, Tyson is waiting to meet you!
